Exhibit Hall Setup will be from 4:30 to 5:30 PM Friday October 18, 2024.
Exhibit Hall opens immediately after the keynote on Saturday and will close at 4:00 PM!
​Please do your best to schedule for the entire conference. 
miniCAST El Paso does it best to draw teachers into the exhibit hall throughout the day. 
We provide extended breaks (see schedule) that allow attendees time to go through the Exhibit Hall.
It is up to the exhibitors to get individual attendees to visit their booths. 
We have an afternoon Ice Cream Social that is also held in the exhibit hall.​

Please make arrangements with your hotel to ship and hold your materials.
miniCAST El Paso does not have a “Conference Hotel.” However, there are several hotels within a short distance of the event.
