Sponsorship Opportunities at miniCAST 2022
Conference Level Sponsorships: 
There are three levels of sponsorships available for entire conference sponsorships:
Apollo          $10,000 + 
Gemini          $5000 - $9,999
Mercury            $1000 - $4,999



Keynote: 

Sponsor the Keynote address in front of all attendees. This is a maximum coverage event. 
EVERY SINGLE ATTENDEE will see your product. Plus, you get to speak to all of the attendees.
You can bring in a speaker, or work with miniCAST to sponsor someone.

Friday Night Networking Event:
Held at a Centennial Museum on the campus of the University of Texas El Paso, this three hour event is open to ALL miniCAST attendees, 
including exhibitors. This is a fun event that mixes a relaxed atmosphere, good food, and a cool setting.
Approx. cost: $1500 - $2000

Lunch:
All attendees have lunch onsite. You can sponsor a lunch and make sure every single attendee sees your product.
Stuff your product information in each lunch box!
Approx. cost: $3000

Bags:
Provide bags for all attendees. 
Bags are the gift that keeps on giving as teachers carry these back to school where other teachers can see!

Afternoon Ice Cream Social
Held in the exhibit hall, this has become one of the most popular events at miniCAST! 
We break for ice cream before the last session. 
Set up the ice crew stand right by your booth and watch every participant come in and see your product!
Approx. Cost: $400
