Our Exhibit Hall isn't just for vendors. We welcome businesses, universities, museums, nonprofits, community organizations, government agencies, educational programs, and others who want to share resources and opportunities with educators.

Exhibitor Booths Include

Every exhibitor receives:

  • A skirted, professionally signed exhibit booth

  • Access to electricity

  • Lunch during the Summit

  • Access to our Exhibitor Hospitality Room for breaks and storage of additional materials

  • Booth-sitting assistance if you are presenting a workshop

  • Dedicated exhibit hall breaks between workshop sessions and during lunch, giving attendees time to visit and connect with exhibitors

  • Built-in attendee engagement through our Exhibit Hall Bingo

We Bring Attendees to You!

We don't just open the Exhibit Hall and hope attendees find their way there.

Summit attendees participate in Exhibit Hall Bingo, which encourages them to visit exhibitor booths throughout the day. Attendees must complete their bingo card to qualify for the door-prize drawings at the end of the Summit.

That means exhibitors have dedicated opportunities to meet and talk with attendees—not simply wait for passing traffic.

We ask each exhibitor to help make the fun possible by providing a door prize to be awarded at the conclusion of the Summit.

Commercial Exhibitors — $300

Businesses and commercial organizations may reserve an exhibit booth for $300.

Your booth provides an opportunity to meet educators face-to-face, demonstrate products and services, and introduce teachers and educational leaders to resources they can bring back to their classrooms and schools.

Nonprofit Exhibitors — FREE

We want nonprofit and community organizations to be part of BSES, too.

Qualified nonprofit organizations receive their exhibit booth at no charge in exchange for presenting at least one workshop session during the Summit.

Share your organization's expertise with educators in a workshop, then continue the conversation in the Exhibit Hall.

FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM SPONSOR — $3,500
Help us kick off BSES with an evening of science, networking, and fun while connecting your organization with one of the Summit's signature catered events held at El Paso’s TecH2O center.

LUNCH SPONSOR — $3,500
Sponsor lunch for Summit attendees and receive recognition during one of the few times during the day when the entire conference comes together.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL SPONSOR — $600
Treat our educators! Sponsor the BSES Ice Cream Social and associate your organization with one of the sweetest breaks of the day.

Event sponsorships include special sponsor recognition associated with the sponsored event including printed programs, online schedules, websites, etc.
