Why? miniCAST costs approximately $15,000 to stage. Of that, $8000 is for various building use fees. $4000 is for catering, and $3000 for staging or keynote speakers.
We believe that many organizations want to help educators, but are not sure where to start. miniCAST is a great way to not only help educators in the area, but also to show them that your organization supports education in a tangible way.

Location to be determined, this two hour event is open to ALL miniCAST attendees, including exhibitors. This is a fun event that mixes a relaxed atmosphere , good food, and a cool setting.
Approx. cost: $2500
Programs
Get your name out to every single attendee! Our programs are collectables that, unlike others, are kept on teacher's desks long after the event ends.
600 programs are printed each year. Consider co-sponsoring with another vendor!
Approximate cost: $1500
Lunch
All attendees have lunch onsite. You can sponsor a lunch and make sure every single attendee sees your product.
Stuff your product information in each lunch box! Consider co-sponsoring with another vendor!

Bags
Provide bags for all attendees.
Bags are the gift that keeps on giving as teachers carry these back to school where other teachers can see!
Lanyards

Afternoon Ice Cream Social
Held in the exhibit hall, this has become one of the most popular events at miniCAST!
We break for ice cream before the last session.
